Cashier- Exceeds customer expectations by providing fast, genuinely friendly customer service and by ensuring that product is fresh, meeting company standards and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Greets customers in accordance with the standardized “seven steps” of customer service.
  • Fills customer orders by obtaining items from shelves, freezers, coolers, bins, and/or tables.
  • Handles difficult customer situations professionally.
  • Exhibits suggested selling behaviors such as: second dozens, up-selling other products, and up-selling in sizes.
  • Operates the POS system per standards identified in the Employee Training Manual.
  • Operates other retail equipment in the proper manner.
  • Records prices, redeems promotional coupons, subtotals taxable items, and totals purchases on cash register.
  • Collects cash and/or initiates credit card charge payments from customers and makes change for cash transactions.
  • Cleans/stocks shelves and marks prices on merchandise items.
  • Counts money in cash drawer at beginning and end of work shift.
  • Records daily transaction amount from cash register to balance cash drawer.
  • Maintains a clean, neat uniform at all times.
  • Handles products per procedure identified in the Employee Training Manual.
  • Utilizes proper cleaning techniques as identified in the Employee Training Manual.
  • Complies with sanitation standards.
  • Acts as a team player through the standards identified in the Employee Training Manual.
  • Performs cleaning checks of lobby, bathrooms, and trash areas on a consistent basis.
  • Completes assigned secondary duties.

Crew Leader- Assists Unit Managers and General Manager in providing direction and priorities to ensure customers are properly taken care of, the unit is clean and product is up to standard. Treat each and every customer with fast attentive service, serving the freshest product possible, with a friendly smile.

  • Assists in directing store sales efforts.
  • Works with the General Manager to achieve business plan objectives and profitability as set forth in the store operating plan and established financial goals. 
  • Understands and assists in implementing procedures to maximize efficiencies.
  • Understands and assists in implementing store quality control procedures.
  • Assists in coordinating production schedule to meet customer demands and minimize/control labor hours.
  • Assists in inspecting, troubleshooting, and assessing any production or equipment problems to ensure optimum utilization and performance.
  • Demonstrates safety consciousness and promotes store safety, e.g. shoes, floor cones, etc.
  • Maintains a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Assists in managing company resources responsibly including inventory control.
  • Assists in communicating and models company standards and policies.
  • Assists in implementing efficiently and effectively directives from store, corporate, and management.
  • Performs duties of all positions.
